How to read the data

  • watch the trend over at least 48 hours
  • short-term fluctuations are normal
  • wind, handling of the hive and sudden weather changes can cause temporary deviation
  • the increase/decrease for a period shown by the app is only approximate and may not be accurate when there have been hive interventions (inspection, adding/removing a super)
  • delta 1/3/7 days is calculated for full days, meaning a comparison of the previous day with 1/3/7 days before it
  • intraday delta is calculated as the change between the latest measurement and the value 24 hours earlier

Safe use

  • do not exceed the maximum load of the scale
  • remove the hive from the scale during transport
  • protect the electronics connectors from water
